• What is my daily diet target?

 Daily targets are broken into calories, carbs, protein and fat.  So if you exceed 100% in one specific category it means you have had too much of that food type.  Let’s say you had a deep-fried snack for lunch, most probably you’d have exceeded your fat percentage.  On refresh your stats are updated. All values will go up from where they were – carbs, protein, fat and total calories. Items are marked as done. As you can see the green tick indicates that you’ve had it. The calories are calculated automatically.

Each goal has a specific daily goal to meet in terms of calories, carbs, protein and fat.

Target per day:

Weight loss / Chronic

Carb: 225 gm

Protein: 1.6gm * body weight in kgs

Fat: 30 gms

Gain strength

Carb: 275 gm

Protein: 1.6gm * body weight in kgs

Fat: 40 gms

Stay Fit

Carb: 275 gm

Protein: 1 gm * body weight in kgs

Fat: 35 gms

Your progress bar shows how much you have completed on your total target for the day.

  • How can I preview the next day’s diet?

You can preview the diet schedule for the next 3 days. You need to tap on the date you want from the header calendar. So this will help you in getting materials ready in advance. You can also view the previous 3 days.

  • If I had an item which was not scheduled for me, Can I change it ?

You can go inside your diet plan by clicking on the card.  You can see your entire day’s schedule.  You can input what you had by clicking the pencil icon. And edit the quantity.  You can also hit change in case you had something that is not scheduled.  You can type what you had and approximate calories are calculated for that item.
