• What is the PINK 360 dial?

PINK 360 dial is the central navigation theme of the app and it makes launching workout and diet a breeze. Tapping on the icons in the donut will launch that menu and give further detail on it below. 

  • How does the progress bar of the summary tab (home page) work?

The progress bar gives your progress percentage in your daily target. Daily targets are set based on calorie burn and calorie consumption. The summary menu gives your overall progress; That is the average progress of diet and workout. When you complete the workout of the day you reach a 50%. When you complete your diet target you complete another 50%. 

All statistics are based on the calories consumed and calories burnt. When you measure, you see results. Update your weight every week and track your goal!

  • How can I increase my streak?

Your streak keeps growing when you workout without a miss. Not working out for 2 days in a row will break your streak. Get your streak game on!

  • How does the ranking system work?

Rank is based on various parameters like BMI, calorie burnt, calorie consumed, workout streak and diet performance. Your overall rank on the total user base will be your ultimate motivation. The leaderboard shows the top rank holders!
