• How can I move closer to my goal? 

Your goal is set in terms of kilograms and it is arrived at by taking the ideal BMI weight for your height. You can move closer to your goal by entering your weight everytime it changes.  

  • Where can I see my workout history and the picture I took after workout?  

Sessions gives the total sessions attended – history; You can tap on individual cards in the history to view detailed history of that day. That will give you the picture you took after that day’s workout. 

  • Who are my contacts?  

You can add the people that you know from your studio as your contacts! You can see their profile, rank, workout and diet program and more. If you don’t wish to be added as a contact, you can switch to a private user in your account section.
