• Can I workout at home?

If you prefer to workout at home, we’ve got you covered! You can follow DIY videos that are meant for both beginner & advanced levels and focus on building strength, stamina & mobility. By default, you will be assigned a program best suited for your profile.

  • How can I change my workout plan?

Our signature programs are for 30 days. You can view other plans available by clicking on change plan. If you like the other plan, you can make it your current plan by clicking on the option on top right.

Though there are several plans to choose, we strongly recommended to stick to the assigned plan which is mapped to you based on your profile! Or the one given by your personal trainer.

  • How to unlock new workouts?

Once you go inside a workout plan, you will see the day wise breakdown and when it’s scheduled for. When you begin, you will only have Day 1 unlocked. You can unlock new workouts everyday! You need to complete at least 60% of your workout to unlock a new workout the next day. The workout videos are intuitive and easy to follow. In case you find a workout hard, you can skip to the next workout and move forward.

  • Where can I see which muscles work while I do a particular workout?

Inside one particular day, the list of workout scheduled for the day is shown. You can tap on a specific workout to see how its done, its benefits and its target muscles. There are over 1000 individual workouts used in our programs.

  • Can I share my workout achievement?

You can click a picture of yourself at the end of the workout and share your achievement! You can revisit your pictures by clicking history in account section. The easiest way for you to see your before – after images!

  • When will I move to the next level?

Initially, you will be mapped to a level based on your profile. To move forward, you need to complete a specific amount of workout sessions.

Level 1 – 60 days

Level 2 –  90 days

Level 3 –  Advanced batch
